All sales are final.

Because each order is made and fulfilled with care, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if there is an issue caused by our side, such as receiving the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.

To request support, please contact us at hello@merciver.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Merciver reserves the right to review each request before approving a refund or exchange.
